Hello, I am considering CPT code 41899 as I need one to represent control of post tooth extraction bleed performed by emergency room MD. The md applied gelfoam in socket hole. Would this qualify? I didn”t think so but I am given a revenue code for the hospital procedure. Any other ideas? Much appreciated.
