Hello, My insurance company will not reimburse for my two front teeth procedure. We cannot give them the ICD 10 codes if i don”t know them and neither does the dentist. We gave them 41899 they want the icd 10 codes for the replacement of the two front teeth. both tooth 8 and 9 had the following procedure done. tooth 8 and 9- crown buildup include any pins tooth 8 and 9 – labial veneer (porcelin lam) lab. Been going back and forth since June. Please Help.
