I am trying to write a claim for a bicycle accident in which the patient went over the handle bars and completely lost #8, and subsequently #7,9 and 10 were fractured and now being extracted with Guided Bone placement for future implant. There”s a code for everything, so what is the code for this type of accident? Thank you
