The code I think you”re looking for: 70330 – Radiologic examination, temporomandibular joint, open and closed mouth; bilateral Some other x-ray codes: 70320 – Radiologic examination, teeth; complete, full mouth 70350 – Cephalogram, orthodontic 70355 – Orthopantogram (eg, panoramic x-ray) As for the qualifier for box 14, this field is usually left blank for sleep and TMD treatment claims. However, if you are going to fill out a date in this field, there are 2 applicable qualifiers for this field: 431 – Onset of Current Symptoms or Illness 484 – Last Menstrual Period Obviously you will want to use the qualifier 431 to indicate the date completed in the onset of the current symptoms or illness! 🙂 Hope this helps.
