D9230 – inhalation of nitrous oxide/analgesia, anxiolysis As for ICD-10 (diagnosis) coding options for this service as well as the extraction and bone graft, it will depend on the patient”s condition/symptoms – in other words, why is the patient receiving these services? If you”d like to provide me some details about the patient”s condition/sympstoms, I”m happy to offer you some ICD-10 coding options.

    Hi, We are billing out an extraction, bone graft, and Nirtous to Medical Insurance Carrier. Is there a recommended ICD-10 that I should use when billing medical insurance for D9230? I would greatly appreciate your advice. Thank You, Dona
