CPT code for laser excision of lesion

Hello – One of our doctors wants to do an excision of lesion of tongue using a laser. I”m having trouble finding which CPT code to use. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello – Thank you for your response. I was able to see the doctor”s note and it states “ablation of left tongue lesion with laser”. Not sure if this makes a difference in the codes you provided?
