D8750 – Re-cement or re-bond indirectly fabricated or prefabricated post and core D2335 – resin-based composite – four or more surfaces or involving incisal angle (anterior) D2331 – resin-based composite – two surfaces, anterior The codes listed above do not have direct crosscodes we are aware of, so if the medical insurer is not accepting the “D” codes on the medical claim, you will be looking at the following code: 41899 – Unlisted procedure, dentoalveolar structures Hope this helps!
