Hi, Is there a crosscode for D4321 (provisional splinting-extracoronal). In our experience this is a procedure almost never covered by dental ins, so I was thinking if I could submit to medical after submitting it to dental? If so, is there a medical code for it? diagnosis code? modifier if needed? Thank you Alex
