updated cpt code to use for follow up visits for TMJ oral appliances

We have been using the CPT code 97762 for follow up visits for TMJ. That code has been deleted. What is the best code to use or is there one?

Hi Guest! Great question. Most practices are now instead using established patient evaluation & management codes (aka office visits codes) 99211-99213 to represent these TMD follow up visits since the deletion of code 97762 on January 1, 2018.
