Hello, I am new to billing Medical Insurance. I have a Patient that suffers from GERD all her life. The acid has eroded most of her enamel and is missing most of her molars on the upper right and lower left side. She is having trouble chewing her food. She has tried a partial, but she has sensitive teeth and the partial hurt. She would like to put two implants on the lower left side. #19 and #20 I would like to bill her Medical insurance for this and I am having troubles writing a narrative and billing codes. Is there any chance you could help me with this? Thank you
