Hi Leslie Stacy! Do you have the “D” codes (dental codes) from the dental practice who performed these services?
I need the dental codes for being put to sleep, complete removal of all teeth,and dentures. Then I need the medical codes for each as well in order to file a medical claim along with dental. I am disabled and and my medical will help with cost if I can get these bc I have to file the medical myself. Thanks to you for helping!!!!!
