Hello, Our patient received a prior auth for a sinus lift (D7951) with a dental implant (D6010) and was submitted to medical as requested. We traditionally do not submit to medical. The ICD 10 code we could find was 21210 but it now requires a higher level. I have no idea where to find this. Please help!
