Hi Guest! The CPT code for bone grafting: 21210 – graft, bone; nasal, maxillary, or malar areas 21215 – graft, mandibular **use modifier -52 for reduced services when bone is not obtained from patient
Can anyone help with the diagnosis code, not the cpt code.. for D7210 surgical extractions, and D7240 for orthodontic purpose? and D7953 bonegrafts? Thanks!
