Hi Please help me submit a medical claim for extractions, implants, abutments & a full lower fixed implant denture. I found 21249 (4+ teeth) for D6010, however does that mean the fee for the 21249 is our D6010 fee x 4+? Is 21249 correct for 4+ D6010s? There will be multiple extractions, multiple implants & multiple abutments. Are they all submitted as one fee for each code? Also need CPT codes for D7210, D6057 & D6115 Thank you so much
