    Hi Guest! Great question. Yes, a representative from the national supplier clearinghouse indicated that is the best options currently to choose for the online version since the physician – dentist option has not yet been added. Hope this helps!

    Wondering if I should pick Supplier type Oral Surgery-Dentist if I am looking to bill Oral appliances for Sleep Apnea? The online application only has oral surgery dentist but the paper version has physician/dentist.
