A child bumped mouth into another child”s head while playing. Tooth #25 came out. Parent inserted tooth back in socket but still loose. A periapical x-ray D0220 was taken. D4320 provisional splinting of teeth #24-#26 until patient can see her regular dentist when she returns from vacation. Need help converting codes please
