Hello, I work in insurance. The claim for wisdom teeth which is covered under the medical policy is required to have a Diagnosis code. I have called the dental office and they could not provide one. Do you have a proper Dx code that I can use so the patient is reimbursed for the charges? Thank you, Angela S
