Hi I need help submitting a 1500 medical claim from a dental office. A patient had an accident related injury that required dental Tx and the medical plan is not accepting the D codes. We subitted D0140 Limited problem focused exam. D2335 4+ surface anterior composite filling D2740 Crown porcelian/ceramic Thank you for any help with this!
