Hi Guest! You”re welcome! And gotcha – and yes you”re correct, there isn”t a direct crosscode from dental to medical for wax records, they would either be built into the cost of the office visit, or billed under a miscellaneous code like 99070
Thank you so much for responding so quickly . On the paperwork D9506 indicates “wax records”. I assumed this wouldn’t be a billable charge on a medical claim, but included just in case. I truly appreciate your help

Do you know what service that code is being used to represent?
